10. Contract Registers

The Contract Registers object provides for listing variations, progress claims, extensions of time and requests for information that relate to a contract. It is used for documents that report on contract progress.


Source of Data

The data source for this object is the Contract related documents and data entry from the Contract summary view.


Template View



There are no options for the Contract Registers object.


Document Edit View

You will be presented with 2 drop down selection items. The first is the Register type, and allows you to select the type of contract item that you wish to view. The second list displays the names of suppliers for each contract that has been created within the selected project.



Depending on the selection made, UniPhi will present each of the contract related items. UniPhi will also inform you that no items exist. In the example below you can see that the Construction contract has not had any progress claims.



Document Output View

The resulting document output will display the selected listing.
