Issues can be rated according to a High, Medium, or Low priority. Issues can also be assigned to a specific category. By setting priority levels and by applying issue categories, it is quite easy to focus on a particular set of issues.
In addition, UniPhi also allows you to escalate issues. Issue escalation is useful where a large number of issues have been logged, and you want/need those issues to be viewed by a particular person, or group of people.
Issue categories and escalation levels are configured by your UniPhi System Administrator.
