Setup the new timesheet tasks.
As an Administrator license holder, you can create timesheet task lists that contain timesheet tasks users can submit hours against. Each project can only have one timesheet task list applied to it.
Navigate to Configuration > Timesheet and go to the Standard Task sub-nav.
Click on the yellow add icon to create a new list.
Enter the timesheet tasks with a code and click on the plus icon at the end of the row to add a new item.
You can also flag each timesheet task as being either billable, marketing or leave. This can be used for reporting.
Once created, you can then apply the timesheet task to the project. To do this in bulk, go to the Admin sub-nav and select the timesheet task list for each project.
You can manage this from the Project Summary > Edit sub-nav too.
Now that your new list is created, you need to roll back timesheets, transfer the hours to the new task and re-submit timesheets.
After this is done, you can delete the timesheet task from the page you were at in the above step.

Transfer the hours from the old task to the new task.
Submit the timesheet.
Delete the timesheet task or the timesheet task list.
