Create a Document Auto Name

Document auto names allow Administrators to create standard names for different document types.


To create/edit the document auto name, go to Configuration > Templates.


Then press the pencil icon next to the template you wish to edit.

Then press the save and edit icon.

Press Complete.

At the bottom of the Finish page is the Autoname section:

In the box, you can type standard text that you want every document to include.


You can also press the $ icon to apply template variables. These will populate the document name with information from within the document such as Claim number, project name, etc.
