In UniPhi, Administrators can set up standard cost/charge rates for resources from their profile. With UniPhi 20 and above, you can also give them project-specific cost/charge rates.
To do this, go into your project > Resources module > Rates.
Currently, the project above is using standard resource rates. Press the pencil icon to make project-specific rates. 2 options will appear:
Copy Existing Rates will keep the current rates in the table but they will become editable.
Start with blank rates will clear all cost and charge rates from the table so everyone's rates will be blank.
Select your preferred option and press save.
From this table you can edit the columns on the right to change a persons charge and/or cost rate for the project selected.
The greyed out cost and charge rate columns on the left are their standard cost/charge rates on their profile. Press save after making any changes.
The arrow refresh button allows you to revert the project rates so that it goes back to using people's standard rates.
