Dispute-aware progress claims — Reclaim, Fix Original and In Dispute statuses

Certification rarely goes exactly to plan. UniPhi 22 adds a status tag to changes in the Last Claim interface so the system — not a spreadsheet on the side — tracks what happens next for every adjusted line: Reclaim, Fix Original or In Dispute.
Why it matters
When a certifier knocks back part of a claim, the commercial team has three quite different follow-ups: resubmit the amount in the next claim, correct the original records, or hold the position while the item is disputed. Items tagged In Dispute now have their Certified Values carried forward to the next claim automatically — a significant workflow improvement when records remain in dispute for months, because the disputed position no longer has to be manually re-established claim after claim.
How to use it
1. Drill into the contract and open the Last Claim tab (alongside Value, Invoice, Schedule and Earned Value).
2. In the Adjust Last Claim Certification interface, make your adjustments to the certified values as normal.
3. Tag each change with a Status: Reclaim (bring the amount back in the next claim), Fix Original (correct the source claim records) or In Dispute (carry the certified value forward until the dispute is resolved).
4. Raise the next claim as usual — In Dispute items arrive with their certified position intact.
