UniPhi OnSite – Documents Module

Purpose of the Documents Module


The Documents module is used to manage project documentation generated within UniPhi. It supports structured templates, approvals, and formal workflows.


Viewing Documents


Documents are displayed by project and include key metadata such as:

  • Document type

  • Status

  • Author

  • Last updated date


This allows users to quickly identify relevant documents and their current state.



Filtering Documents


Tap Filter


Select criteria such as:


  • Area (My Documents / My Portfolio)

  • Status (e.g. Draft, Awaiting Signoff)

  • Template type



Sorting Documents


Tap Sort


Choose from:


  • Project Name

  • Author

  • Template

  • Time Modified

  • Status



Opening a Document


Tap the document from the list


The document viewer displays:

  • Template-based content

  • Auto-populated project data

  • Workflow status



Approving (Sign-Off) Documents


Open the document


Review the content


Tap Sign Off


This updates the document status and progresses the workflow.



Understanding Document Status


Documents move through defined stages:


  • Draft

  • Pending Sync

  • Awaiting Signoff

  • Signed Off

  • Private


These statuses reflect where the document sits within the workflow.



Creating Documents


To create a document:


Tap the ➕ (plus icon)


Select the required template


Enter details


Save


The system generates the document using UniPhi’s template engine.
