What to do if I Forgot my Password?

If you log out of UniPhi and have forgotten your password, you should be able to reset it yourself by pressing the "forgot password" button on the login page:

Option 2 - Request a Password Reset

If you still cannot log in to UniPhi, you may need to contact a person with Admin access to reset your password.

Only System Administrators can create accounts for people and send password reset emails.

To do this, go to the Resources Module and search for the name of the account holder.

Click on their name to go into their profile.

Press the key icon shown below.

This will send the user an email with a temporary password and a link to create a new password.

If they cannot see the email in their inbox after 2 minutes, they should check their spam folder. Otherwise, ensure there are no spaces or typos in the Email field in their profile.
