Why Can't I Find My Project?

A common query we receive is "I have created a project but cannot find it in the default list on the Summary module".

The most likely reason for this is if you have selected a lifecycle phase that is tagged as "pre-award" or "completed".

Projects in UniPhi cannot be deleted. Once a project is created, the only way to "get rid" of it is to change the lifecycle phase to a closed phase or edit the project name and ID and "reuse" it for a different project.

Administrators set up lifecycle phases via Configuration > Project > Lifecycle.

To find a project that is in an "inactive" phase, press the round filter icon on the top right hand side of the blue ribbon.

Then select "All phases" from the Lifecycle drop down and press Apply.

Now you can search for your project name in the project drop down list.

To remove the filter and return to the default view, press the X icon next to any of the applied filters.
