Projects in UniPhi cannot be deleted. Once a project is created the only way to "get rid" of it is to change the lifecycle phase to a closed period or edit the project name and ID and "reuse" it for a different project.
Most of the time that someone cannot find their project anymore is because it has been closed out. You can always find these projects using the steps below:
Press the round filter icon on the top right hand side of the blue ribbon:
Use the Lifecycle drop down and select All Phases. Press Apply
Now you can search for your project in the Project list
