Risk categories serve much the same purpose as Issue categories, and the process for creating and modifying them is largely the same.
To create a risk category:
1. Go to Configuration > Risks to display the Risk Categories box:
2. Click the yellow Add and enter a category. Save your entry.
You have completed adding a risk category.
To edit a risk category:
1. Go to Configuration > Risks to display the Risks Categories box
2. Click the edit icon to the right of the category you wish to edit.
3. Amend the category name and save your entry.

Create and Edit Risk Escalation
Risk escalation levels are designed to prioritise risks by ranking them against user specified levels. These levels of escalation can be named and ordered in any way desired.
1. Go to Configuration > Risks > Risk Escalation Levels.
2. Click the icon
3. Order and name the escalation level. Save your entry.
You have now created a risk escalation
