4. Create and Edit Service Line

Service lines are another way of filtering for information in UniPhi. The service line filter is generally focused on the various revenue streams of an organisation.

To create a service line

1. Click on Configuration > Project tabs and navigate to the Service Line. Click the yellow Add button.

2. Enter the Name and Code for a particular service line.

3. Click on the green Save icon

You have successfully added a service line.

To edit a service line

4. Click on the edit icon

5. Amend the name of the service line

6. Click on the icon to update the service line.

You have successfully amended a service line.
