Adding Activities to Your Programme Contract

Once your Program Revenue contract is created, you must tell it which projects (activities) to bill for. This creates a link between your WBS and your invoicing.


  1. Open your Programme Revenue Contract.

  2. Navigate to the Contract (or Value) sub-navigation tab.

  3. Add your WBS activities as line items. Because this is a Program contract, the system allows you to select Projects from a dropdown list instead of just typing text descriptions .

  4. Configure the Fee Structure:

    • Fixed Fee / Capped: If an activity has a fixed upper limit, enter that amount in the value field (e.g., $150,000).

    • Time & Materials (Do and Charge): If the activity is purely "do and charge" with no fixed limit, leave the value as $0 or blank .


This setup creates a matrix where the contract sits at the top and pulls financial data from all the linked child projects/activities.
