Generating the Client Claim Value

With your activities linked, UniPhi can instantly calculate the claim value based on the actual work performed.

1. Open the Program Revenue Contract.

2. Click on the Invoice sub-navigation tab.

3. Select the Invoice Date (e.g., the end of the month).

4. Review the Calculation:

   • UniPhi will automatically calculate the Claim to Date value.

   • How it works: The system looks at every timesheet entered against the linked projects up to that date. It multiplies the hours by the staff member's Charge Rate (as defined in the Foundational Setup) to arrive at the total.

   • It applies any specific rules configured for the project, such as capping hours at 40 per week or applying location-based rate multipliers .

     
     

At this stage, the numbers are dynamic. If a user adds a timesheet right now, this number will change. To finalize the claim, you must proceed to the next article: Snapshotting
