Overview
UniPhi OnSite is the mobile application for UniPhi, designed to provide users with access to key project and portfolio functionality while working remotely or on-site.
It enables real-time interaction with project data, ensuring updates are immediately reflected across the system.
This supports UniPhi’s principle of distributed data capture, where information is entered once and becomes instantly available to all users.
How to Access UniPhi OnSite
The app is available on both iOS and Android devices.

Once installed, open the app to access the login screen.
Logging into the App
Users must connect to their organisation’s UniPhi environment before accessing data.
To log in:
Enter your UniPhi server URL (e.g. companyname.uniphi-software.com.au)
Enter your username and password and sign in.

Login Options
Depending on your organisation’s configuration, multiple login methods may be available:
Standard Login
Username and password authentication
UniPhi ID
Single sign-on using UniPhi-managed credentials
Microsoft Login
Integration with Microsoft accounts (Azure AD / SSO)

UniPhi OnSite connects directly to the live UniPhi system, ensuring:
Changes are visible immediately to all users
There is no duplication of data
All actions are recorded for audit and reporting
