Configuring Stylesheets

2 min read

For version UniPhi 19 & Below

Clients will need to email a high quality .png file for their logos, letterheads and coversheets to support@UniPhi.com.au

One of our software developers will configure the stylesheet on our end and let you know when it is ready for review.

For UniPhi 20 and above

In UniPhi 20 and above, Administrators can configure the document stylesheets themselves.

To do this, go to Configuration > Documents > Stylesheets.

The Header section refers to your letterhead. Here, you can upload your logo image and select where the address block details get pulled from.

Primary site = the address block details will be determined by the Document Creator's site address, or the site address of the supplier linked to a revenue contract on the project in which the document is created.

Project Location = the address will be filled in with the address linked to the location selected for the project. This address is created under Configuration, Projects, Location.

You can hover over the i icon to be reminded of what each option does.

Uploading your logo here will also change the logo that is displayed on UniPhi reports.

Down the page, you will be able to upload a coversheet image, and select the font styles and text colours for the titles displayed on the coversheet.

The Document Body section is where you select the fonts used for paragraph text and headings in your documents. You can also select different sizes and colours for each one.

The Tables section allows you to configure a standardised look for tables created in rich text box steps in UniPhi documents.

You can select whether or not you want visible borders, fill colours, the thickness of the borders, different fonts for the heading row and proceeding rows, and more.

Once you have made your selections, press the green save icon at the top of the screen.

You can now generate a preview of what your selections will look like in PDF format by clicking this button:
