15. Issue and Risk Reporting through Categories

Managing issues and risks is important to reduce negative impacts on projects, and to generally collaborate and track progress towards intended outcomes.


Within UniPhi, users can add issues and risks (through the relevant tabs), assign due dates, track actions & resolutions, or mitigation steps & triggers, and generate various reports to relevant stakeholders. In order to be able to view and analyse your risks and issues it is important to establish the categories as they relate to your organisation.
