This article takes you through how to change an existing user's organisation or site.

Video tutorial:

Start by going to the Resources module and search for the person's name.

Click into their profile. Here, you will see the organisations and sites that they are already allocated to.

To add a new one, press the link icon (circled in red) and search for the new organisation. Select the site they belong to and press save.

If the organisation you searched for doesn't appear, use the steps in this article to create it: https://knowledge.uniphi-software.com/post/1-creating-organisations-sites

Then mark the new organisation as their primary site.

Now you can delete the previous sites from their list by pressing the bin icon.

You may also want to update their organisation in the projects that they are allocated to, or remove them from projects that they are no longer working on.

It is indeed necessary to observe how the website operates. If you still don't understand, you can put the website's HTML code here, which will be more helpful for you to observe the website.
