How do I unlock my UniPhi account?

If you enter the incorrect password more than 5 times, your account will be locked for security purposes.

You will need to contact someone from your organisation who has Administrator access to UniPhi. Then they will need to follow the steps outlined in this video or the written steps below:

Go to the Resources Module and search for the person’s name

Click into their profile.

Press the padlock icon to unlock their account. You can click the Key icon to send a password reset email to the user if they need it.
